Dr. Muscente came to St. Paul School in 2012. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Iona College, a Master of Science Degree in Administration and Supervision from Manhattan College and a Doctorate in Optometry from The State University of New York, College of Optometry.

Dr. Muscente is currently working on his Doctorate degree in Administration and Supervision from St. John's University. He has also completed the Advanced Leadership Studies Professional Diploma from Manhattan College.

Dr. Muscente is a NYS certified School Building Leader (SBL) and School District Leader (SDL). He also is certified in the State of Connecticut.
